What is your turn-around on computer repairs?
It depends. Normal turn-arounds are about 2-3 days.

How about custom builds?
We generally quote one to two weeks for a custom build. That not only gives us time to receive any special-ordered parts, but allows time for extensive burn-in testing and hardware diagnostics before your computer ever reaches you. We are determined to catch and correct any problems that may arise before your computer goes home with you.

Can I finance a computer through you?
No. However, we do have applications for financing with a local lender.

Can you build me an inexpensive system?
What do you consider inexpensive? If you are comparing us to our "Retail" competitors, then the answer is "no". It is about quality competition. We build a much better computer than theirs. We are not here to build the cheaper computer, we are here to build you a better computer, designed specifically for your needs.

Yes. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks accompanied with the proper ID.

Do you make house calls?
Yes. We do schedule house calls for problems that can be fixed onsite. If there is a problem that is going to take a considerable amount of time to run diagnostics or to fix the problem, the computer will the be brought to our shop for repairs.

Do you have any used computers?
Depending on the market we sometimes have used computers that we can verify is going to function correctly. Diagnostics are run on every used piece of equipment to make sure that the hardware in the computeris operating properly before it ever leaves our shop. If you are interested in purchasing a used computer please contact our office to ensure we have a machine ready to go.
